Counterpart, Inc.
In 1996, Jeff Jacobson and Don Deibert of Brookings, SD founded Counterpart, Inc., a company that builds repetitive parts for OEMs throughout eastern South Dakota. Counterpart runs Trumpf machine tools to meet the high demands of their industrial metal fabricating services. However, before they turned to Trumpf, their production line was becoming a serious threat to their bottom line.

W.S. Darley & Company
Since 1908, four generations of Darleys have led this family-owned company to become an international leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fire trucks, fire pumps, fire fighting and emergency equipment. At their engineering and production facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, W.S. Darley has operated Okuma machining centers and lathes since 1978.
